Our Printing Process
We use digital dye sublimation as our method of printing. You upload the image you want onto our site or you can choose from the options we have available. Our mockup software shows you exactly how your finished product will look. We print and ship off your product as soon as possible.
Unlike traditional printers, Dye-Sublimation operates by transferring sublimation ink onto a transfer paper, which can then be directly applied to specially coated ceramics, polyester cloths, and metals using sublimation ink, heat, and pressure.
Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to pass from a solid to a gas without first passing through a liquid form. Solid ink is turned into gaseous vapors via heat, which, when accompanied with pressure and time, can be controlled and applied directly to your target surface before reverting to a solid state.
By using a Dye-Sublimation Printer, you don’t simply paste an image to a surface, but infuse a medium with the image’s color and vibrancy. Unlike a traditional printer where dye is laid onto a grid of individual dots, dye sublimation vapors permeate through pixel gradation, giving an image a more natural, smooth look. Grand format dye sublimation printing can, therefore, heighten visual quality on large scale surfaces, such as fabrics, billboards, and graphic displays.
